# Skills Set

Windows Server: Proficient in Windows Server, working with versions from NT to Server 2019 and services like AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, FSMO. Experienced in both physical and virtual deployments and managing.
Virtualisation: Hyper-V and Proxmox KVM deployments, with experience managing environments of different scales and configurations.
MS 365: I have expertise in managing and deploying Microsoft 365 and experience in all supporting services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, administrative functions and tools, Security, Governance and AzureAD.
Google Workspace: I have extensive experience with Google Workspace administration, which includes deployment, collaboration tools, file sharing, single sign-on functionality, device management and policy deployment.
Cloud: I have a strong understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Cloud Platform, with years of experience in deploying and managing MS 365 and Google Workspace.

Additionally, I have expertise in setting up private clouds with self-hosted environments using Ubuntu Linux, Docker and Nginx.
Linux & Docker Hosting: Knowledge in deploying Ubuntu servers in Linux environments and managing containers. Experience in deploying various essential services and monitoring tools.
Networking & Firewalls: Extensive experience in setting up small to medium-sized enterprise networks, managing security measures, monitoring user access and internet usage. Familiar with various network infrastructures and firewall solutions.
Development Skills: Foundational understanding of Vue.JS and practical experience in containerisation using Docker. Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Other Tools: Hands-on experience with project management and helpdesk tools like Asana, Basecamp, Jira, Trello, Zendesk, FreshService and Crisp. Experience deploying knowledge/documentation websites with Vuepress.
Management & Project Management: Over a decade of experience in management roles, overseeing IT technical staff, budgeting, strategic planning, ensuring governance and compliance and leading IT projects.

# Growth & Upskill

I am eager to devote more time to further improving my Docker skills and to delve deeper into scripting. I'm particularly interested in tools like Ansible or similar, aiming to create playbooks for infrastructure that includes services and networks.
